febrero-marzo

Hola,

Progress reports are coming out today. Some students are missing assignments/ assessments. Students need to make them up as soon as possible. Students have been informed on what is missing. End of the trimester is coming fast.

Missing Project notifications (Grades 2-6 & 8) will be coming out this week. The notifications need to be signed and returned, hopefully with a finished project.

Latin

8th grade:

Students are continuing with "In foro" (In the forum - business)unit. Students will be learning a little bit about the forum and types of jobs. Latin Job vocabulary will be handed out.

7th grade

Students are finishing up their projects. House project due this rotation, but I am allowing any last minute things to be done in class. Grading rubrics are available in my class to check project accordingly. Students will also be grading their group members this rotation. After presentations next rotation, students will be studying house vocabulary to take a quiz in March.

2-6 Grade

Family projects were due last rotation. Those who have not turned in their projects need to get them in as soon as possible. They are late. Notifications are coming out and need to be sign and returned to me. Any questions about the project, see last month's posting.

Grades k-1

K and 1 have been on animales for 1-2 rotations. We be doing some more on animales before moving on. We will be moving on shortly do days of the week, months of the year, and seasons. Students should be bringing home flash cards to help them study.


DSTP

DSTP is coming in March. Be aware 2nd trimester ends around the same time.
